Dr. Paul Johnson was born and raised in Sandy, Utah. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and then graduated from the Maurice H. Kornberg School of Dentistry in Philadelphia with his Doctorate in Dental Medicine in 2012. After graduating from dental school, he began his career treating children in Washington and knew very soon that treating children was what he loved to do. After working in Washington for four years, Dr. Johnson moved his wife and 5 boys to the Twin Falls area and has loved treating the children at Burley Kids Dental.
Family is Dr. Johnson’s main passion. He loves to spend his free time with his wife Angela and their 5 boys. Dr. Johnson loves spending time in the mountains hunting and fishing, tubing on the boat, and attending his sons sporting events. He is loving the opportunity he now has to explore all of the wonderful places that Idaho has to offer.
Dr. Johnson belongs to the American Dental Association and the Idaho State Board of Dentistry.
Office Manager
I attended the American Institute of Banking and received my Banking and Finance Diploma. After 7 years in banking, I then began my career in the dental field as a Dental Assistant. I have served as co-manager and financial coordinator for two dental offices in Boise and Twin Falls, Idaho and I am proud to now be a part of Burley Kids Dental. I enjoy spending time with my husband, two stepchildren, and three fur babies in my spare time. I love staying active by working out, golfing, playing volleyball, snowboarding, mountaineering, and scuba diving. I have been in the dental field for over 10 years. I enjoy all aspects of dentistry and love helping people smile, especially kids!
Treatment Coordinator
After graduating high school, I attended dental assisting school and graduated in 2005. After graduation, I began working in the oral surgery field for a few years and served as both an assistant and front office manager. In 2012, I became a mom to the most amazing little boy named Reed. He is my everything! In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my son and my boyfriend, Chris, being outside, doing anything adventurous, spending time in Lake Tahoe, enjoying good food and family. I am so thankful to be a part of the Burley Kids Dental team and looking forward to all the exciting things to come!
Hygienist / Clinical Lead
I was previously a dental assistant at Burley Kids Dental and loved it! I decided to continue my education and become a dental hygienist. I graduated from CSI in May 2020 and I’m back working with the amazing staff at Burley Kids Dental. It’s been a dream job for me. I love working with kids and helping them feel safe and excited to be at the dental office, just like when I was a kiddo! I am a mom of two beautiful kids who keep me busy when I’m not at work. We love being outside, going camping to hot spring and riding bikes!
Dental Assistant / Marketing Coordinator
Hi! I’m Tori! I am a Dental Assistant and the Marketing Coordinator for BKD! I have worked in the dental field for 3.5 years, and have 10+ years’ experience in the marketing industry! I have an amazing husband, and a wonderful 10-year-old son, along with 3 spoiled dogs and 2 spoiled cats. In my free time, I like to spend time with my family at home, golfing and being outside in warm weather. I love working with kids and always get to have lots of fun at work, everyday!

I have been working in the dental field since 2012. I received my expanded functions certificate at ISU in 2014. I joined the awesome Burley Kids Dental office team in March 2021. When not at the dental office, I enjoy spending time with my two kids, family and friends.
Dental Assistant
I have worked in healthcare for a combination of 13 years. Most recently, my past 7 years have been in the Emergency Department as a registrar and insurance verifier. I decided in 2021 to change career paths and started my prerequisites through CSI for the Dental Hygiene program. I have been lucky enough to join Burley Kids Dental as a dental assistant to gain experience and knowledge from all staff. I strive to provide a caring and fun dental experience for your child while also educating them on oral health. I hope to graduate with my Dental Hygienist license and continue to work with this amazing team! I enjoy spending time with my husband and our blended family of 6 children and 2 grandchildren. I have had the honor or representing our great community as Mrs. Mini-Cassia in the Mrs. Idaho pageant 2 years in a row and plan to return to compete soon. In my spare time I volunteer for several different causes but am most passionate about advocating against domestic violence and human trafficking. I also enjoy cooking, baking cakes, concerts, dancing, kayaking and traveling.
Dental Assistant
I’m new to the dental field after being a stay-at-home mom for 13 years. I never thought I would love a job as much as I do here at BKD! I adore working with children, making them feel comfortable, and excited to be at the dentist! There is never a dull working with all the kiddos! When I am not at the office, I enjoy spending my time with my husband, three kids, and our loyal doggy, Hank. They are my pride and joy! As a family we love hunting, hiking, archery, and camping. In the summer you’ll find me out working in my yard and garden from sun up to sun down!

I’m Laura! I am a dental assistant here at BKD and I’m looking forward to one day becoming a dental hygienist! You will always catch me with a smile, even on my worst days! I love working at BKD because I get to work with kids and make sure they feel as comfortable as possible, the same way I felt when going to the dentist growing up! When I’m not in the office you can definitely catch me out and about at TJ Maxx or Walmart!
